This Privacy Policy explains how Update Marketing Media LTD. (“Trawellogy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit https://trawellogy.com (the “Site”). We are based in Ashkelon, Israel, and you can reach us at any time at contact@trawellogy.com.

2.1 Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you, and keep it for up to 24 months.
- Comments: the name, email address and IP address you submit with a comment, plus your browser user-agent string, in order to detect spam.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size and language.
- Referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and outbound links clicked.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
We do not knowingly collect any special categories of personal data, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

5. Third parties that may process your data
5.1 Google AdSense and DoubleClick
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.com.

- For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we obtain consent for personalised advertising through a Google-certified consent management platform, in line with Google’s EU User Consent Policy.
5.2 Affiliate partners
Trawellogy earns commission from travel partners. When you click a partner link, that partner may set a cookie or use a tracking parameter to attribute a later booking to us. Partners include Travelpayouts and its network (DiscoverCars, Welcome Pickups, KiwiTaxi, BikesBooking, DrimSim, Aviasales), Booking.com, Tiqets and Airalo. Each partner processes your data under its own privacy policy. See also our Affiliate Disclosure.
5.3 Analytics and infrastructure
We use web analytics to measure traffic, and our hosting provider processes server logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance. These providers act as processors on our behalf.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, it is protected by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months.
- Comments and their metadata: until you ask us to delete them.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months in aggregated form.
8. Your rights
8.1 If you are in the EEA or the UK (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8.2 If you are a California resident (CCPA and CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information is collected and why, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. The use of advertising cookies may nevertheless count as sharing under the CPRA; you can opt out through the cookie banner or by emailing us.

9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party websites, including booking and comparison partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing personal data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the date above.
