These Terms govern your use of https://trawellogy.com (the “Site”), operated by Update Marketing Media LTD. (“we”, “us”), Ashkelon, Israel. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
Trawellogy publishes editorial travel information: guides to car rental, motorbike and scooter hire, airport transfers, domestic flights, accommodation, attractions and travel eSIMs. We are a publisher, not a travel agency. We do not sell, broker or operate any travel service, we take no payment from travellers, and we are not a party to any booking you make.
2. Information, not advice
Content on the Site is general information, published in good faith and believed accurate on the date shown on each article. It is not legal, financial, insurance, immigration or medical advice. Rules on driving licences, minimum age, insurance, deposits and permits change, and vary between suppliers and between regions of the same country. Always verify the current terms with the supplier and the relevant authority before you travel or book. You rely on the content at your own risk.
3. Prices and availability
Prices, fees, deposit amounts and availability mentioned on the Site are examples observed at a stated point in time and are not offers. They may be out of date by the time you read them. The price and terms that bind you are those shown by the supplier at the moment of booking.
4. Third-party links and affiliate links
The Site links to third-party websites, some of which are affiliate links that earn us a commission at no extra cost to you — see our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, terms, pricing, availability or conduct. Photographs are used under their respective licences, with attribution where required. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not republish, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the Site without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with or overload the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in an automated way, or post comments that are unlawful, defamatory, abusive, deceptive or promotional spam. We may remove any comment and block any user at our discretion.
7. User comments
You are responsible for what you post. By posting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and moderate it on the Site. Comments do not represent our views.

You agree to indemnify Update Marketing Media LTD. against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may amend these Terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
